There are a lot of beauty products in the market that you can choose from. But you must understand that not all of these products are good for you.

Well, like I stated earlier, the face is exposed to lots of things especially when we are outside.

To save your skin , flee away from these bleaching agents, they are not good for your skin.
7. Wash off your make-up before sleeping
Never go to bed without clearing all the makeup on your face . using warm water or spirit to wipe the face before going to bed is preferable.
8. Eat enough fruits
The importance of fruits to the body cannot be overemphasized. Fruits contain a lot of powerful vitamins that the human body needs to be in a healthy state.
Eating enough fruit frequently helps in nourishing the skin .

The scorching sun has a negative impact on the human skin. It dries up the human skin and can also cause skin damage.
Cowboy hats , or any form of cap can be used in shading the face away from the scorching sun.
